I've been a member of this gym for over a year. It's a nice and spacious center. Staff is always polite, the equipment seems always clean. Bathrooms and locker rooms always on point. Their sauna room is a must try. And they're  constantly improving their equipment. It's a great environment and would recommend it to everyone.

This is a very good local gym. Jason is persistent at solving problems. The Matrix Elliptical machines are great, and the Sauna is working reliably. It's a good value.

I like this gym. It has everything what I want such as daycare for my children, zumba on Sunday, and a variety of classes that I can choose. The most spectacular attraction that this fitness has is the view to Manhattan. It is very relaxing when Im in the treadmill.

i have never seen such a ridiculous place in my life. I will explain why. customer service is no solution focused. Although I only took 6 lessons, they paid me every month. İn addiation that when i said this they never could find a solution for me. I wanted the repayment of the money they didnt answer me. Because of that reason me and my husband wanted to cancel our memebership all in all they told me that we have for 12 month aggrement such a ridiculous! Also when we went to gym one time we lost our wallet in dressing room someone stole our money! Sorry for my pronounce but i am really angry and we will solve this problem with lawyer too. Dont go there ever! Non profecional people! Customer satisfaction is “0”! we will search for our rights!

Review unique specifically to this location. Too much deferred maintenance, broken equipment for WEEKS at a time; little knowledge of offerings by anyone other than manager and minimal enforcement of member policies.  Disarray is more prevalent than not.  New equipment has come in, but older stations remain worn and frequently out of commission.  Ownership gets credit for "undercover bossing" it once and firing an employee he witnessed performing in a suboptimal manner.
