I'm giving 1 Star because I have to, not because they are actually worth 1 Star. Calling this establishment "ok" is an exaggeration. The staff is rude & often have an attitude (literally every time I've been in there). I guess I would too if I had to touch people's feet & hands for a living. Nonetheless, if you don't like your job find another one. Which brings me to my next issue; the quality of work. Sub par at best. The price definitely doesn't match the quality of work. They can't even add a coat of paint without messing it up much less a design. If you're looking for a design or something special (as is the style these days) you won't find it here. My daughter even showed the tech a picture of what she wanted & even though they said they could do it, it looked NOTHING like the pic & to top it off he charged us 60$$ & didn't add the rhinestones as were in the picture, &&& had an attitude the whole time as though we were really putting him out! Excuse me, isn't doing nails your job?? We had made an appointment several days in advance & when we arrived not only did we have to wait for over 30 minutes but the person who was supposed to wax her eyebrows was out!?! Seriously. What kind of establishment are they running!?! We'll never return. THANK GOD there are several other options in the area. This place has horrible staff & equally horrible work. Save yourself some money & go somewhere else. This place is a rip off.

I got a gel manicure and pointed out that my nails looked very streaky and the color wasn't anywhere close to my cuticle to where it looked like they had already grown out for two weeks. I even showed another technician there. I was completely blown off and told it was because my "nails themselves are streaky, not the polish." Umm okay? Needless to say they look awful. I was hesitant to go to a place called "ok nails" and was right because the name is more than fitting.

Great place!  Family owned and operated, love that they always take you in, even last minute.  Great atmosphere and it's always fun to have my nails done!

I really like the way Tom does my nails. He is extremely artistic for any design I take in and is a perfectionist in his art. When I began going to the salon, they made a point of greeting me by my name. They are good about speaking english primarily so you don't feel like you are not part of the conversation. They just moved into a new, bigger salon and are offering massage, eyelash extensions and well as having more chairs.

My Mom and I came to get a pedicure. The lady who did mine was very nice and did a good job. The hispanic lady who did my mom's was very unprofessional. She had a big frown the whole time and acted very inconvenienced from the second we arrived for our appointment. She walked off right after she was done without a word and left my moms sitting in her chair, while mine helped me put my flipflops on and had me put my feet under the light. She then went and helped my mom since hers was nowhere to be found. 

After we paid for our pedicures we felt pretty happy about the experience minus the rudeness my mom dealt with, but we just brushed it off because we felt bad that she must just be having a bad day. Having both worked for many years with the public we understood that some days are just rough.

About 1/2 hour later we noticed that a couple of my mom's nails were messed up. Upon closer inspection we rubbed one of the toes and the paint just rubbed right off. Some bunched up and smeared but only two of the ten were dry and okay. Dangit! I tried mine and had the same issue; however, only 5 of mine were bad. Still, that's 50% of them right? We debated on what to do cause we hate confrontation, but for a combined $78.00 we felt they needed to fix our nails. 

We went back in and my Mom showed one her nails and was immediately told "You smeared the paint!" My mom told her what had happened and she continued to demand that it was our fault. My mom was told she had "drug her feet". 

The nice lady that did my nails came over and fixed mine and was very nice about it. The girl finally came to get my mom and loudly told her " see you smeared the paint." My mom explained that the paint wiped off on some and was immediately snapped at and in front of the room full of atleast 15 people that it was her fault and on and on. My mom in tears said she would just like her money back and they refused. So I had to sit there watching my mom embarrassed and upset be treated by the silent treatment by a sullen, rude woman. Very, VERY unhappy. Would never reccommend to anyone. :(
