I have dealt with Building Depts. in Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Palm Beach County, Okeechobee is the worst I have ever experienced.  I do not know if I am being singled out but the personal in Okeechobee are very difficult.  If I was to grade them, they would get a F.  I had to leave one star but I would not even give them that.
