They tack on fees you don't owe then denie it. When they print another bill to show you owe it it's suddenly there. But show your original bill and they add insulting you by saying" oh you must have printed that yourself. The bill I have clearly shows you owe what I told you that you owe". They're nothing but local con artists that get away with whatever they want to charge you on any given day.
