I was told to come in to get some paperwork done. I was seen quickly and two ladies helped me. I didn’t have to wait long for anything. Customer service was exceptional.

Everybody was really helpful and kind. one woman was kind of rude not horrible, but anything could have happend to make her that way, before I got there. but like me I'm nice to everybody even rude people!!!!

I was seen right away and my walk-in appointment was 2 hours long. I loved Rita, who was my intake worker. She answered all of my questions and got me an official appointment tomorrow for TANF. Couldn't have asked for better service. I was apprehensive after reading what other people wrote but it all depends on your circumstance and whether you have all the paperwork they need on your initial walk in

They lost my child support paperwork.  Dhs is now denied my children health insurance and food stamps.

I wish there was another option. Tahlequah's department of human resources doesn't work for the people. they are cold and self centered. my family is starving waiting for them to do there job. its so sad. and what can I do about it? they need to hire people that want to really work for the people, not ones that act like its a job and people in need are a nuisance I'm so flustered..
