I'm ONLY giving this place 5 stars because of the staff. HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a government building, meaning that you will see a colorful display of the people who live around you. While we were there, a woman attacked a man and created a big scene and had to be escorted out. Bring some popcorn, because no matter how long you're there for (I was in and out in 10 minutes!) you're sure to get a show.

My waiting time was average as expected. I spoke with Boyd who is out of the Okmulgee office. He was kind yet professional. My request (sending my funds to new bank) was executed in an efficient manner.

Not happy with it still after 5 months not receiving my ss card. And being told I must have gotten it an just misplaced it. Or that it must be being taken from my mailbox. No I see the mailman being put in the mailbox each day. An no letter from or about my card. Not to mention any Joe blow can walk in an say they have me on the phone and are able to get my info and the info on my minor grandchild. I only found out about this going on by chance. Due to a friend was sitting there when a guy said I was on the phone and the lady ask whoever it was so it's ok to give them this info. And the person on the phone said yes and she did. Yep it happen an yes this office should do a very deep clean out on who they have working for them. No info should be given out about Any One unless that person is there and with a proper ID. Nothing not nothing should be given out over the phone. It shouldn't even be considered not even a Lil. But oh yes they did and do. In turn it had to file fraud 2 times on 2 different cards that I was supposed to have gotten. And the address for the cards was a empty lot. I mean really. All I can say is be very careful when dealing with this office they will an do deny any and all when you confront them about the problems. It's always oh our workers would never do that. And my friend heard them say I was on the phone. She just wishes now that she would have tried to call me right then.It's so not her fault if not for her I wouldn't have a clue. I am just glad she was there that day an time.

Super fast service. I seriously couldn't believe it. We were there for a social security card. Got there to wait in line at 0825 and left, everything complete, by 0932.

The people are much more helpful here than the OKC office, however the wait is long. There should be a more efficient way of handling everything. It would be great if you could make an appointment because you have to take off of work so that you can come and sit for hours, go to a window just to be sent to sit down and wait for more hours.
