Exceptional staff and great leadership.  They are very helpful with their 'pet overpopulation program' for low income individuals.  $10 fee for spay/neutering and $5 for the rabies vaccination.

Nice idea but they weren't very helpful in getting an application to me. You'd think if you were a low-income person trying to get your animal spayed or neutered they'd at least mail an application.

Nice staff. Never used them tho.
