I have an appointment on Tuesday April 24th at 11am to have my crown looked at that was placed on my tooth by your office. I called last week was told there aren't any appointments available until next Tuesday my mouth is in pain and I've had a headache off and on because of this for the past 3 weeks. I need to be seen ASAP! When this crown was put on my front tooth I told the dentist multiple times it didn't feel right but he kept saying it was ok so why am I in so much pain 1 year later? This doesn't make any sense. I need a call back ASAP!  I was also told that I can't be seen by another dentist there I have to see the dentist that did the work. I need to be seen tomorrow which is Wednesday or Friday, I don't think it's right that I have to continue to wait while I'm in pain!!!!

This dentistry is amazing!! They worked my son in on an emergency basis. They gave such superb care and thorough treatment that I decided to be seen there as well. I highly recommend Dr. Fechner and his staff!! They use amazing technology that allows same day crowns. Very impressed with the office, staff, management, and the level of care received!!

I would recommend this office to everyone especially if you are looking for a dentist office that works with you on budget wise and scheduling. Everyone in this office is amazing,  Dr. Fechner is a great dentist that helped my husband get his smile back.

Amazing place. Very clean and the people are so wonderfully nice. I have never been to a place where they cater to you so diligently and make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. (I am terrified of needles, and they made it very nice for me) Definitely recommend this place. Will be keeping them as my primary dentist! PS: Victoria is amazing.

Smiles Dentistry has impressed me so far. It started when I was having severe wisdom tooth pain which was also causing me jaw pain. I had already had an appointment else where but they couldn't get me in for another week. So I filled out the emergency appointment paperwork online through Smiles Dentistry and got a call within 30 minutes. I got an appointment in the next day to be looked at and had an exam, a cleaning, and X-rays. The whole deal they fit me right in! I was impressed by that. Yesterday I went in for my Wisdom Tooth Surgery and Dr. Vogl made me feel so comfortable and reinsured me that there wasn't going to be any problems and the surgery would go smooth. He was one of the best doctors I've seen. He was able to joke and be funny but also be serious about his work. I am happy with Smiles Dentistry and their work. The staff is nice and handles everything smoothly. Thanks Smiles Dentistry!!
