The wait staff was incredible, the hostess and host were polite. The food was delicious, medium selection of wines and other Liquors. The area was beautiful and gave an Ambience of casual but classy dining. The pricing is what you would expect for location this stature. Though there are some negative views. Given the fact that it is an old Inn the establishment is quite cramped. But this does come into play once you learn the history of it. If you are overweight I did not imagine you squeezing through those winding staircase for it is a tight squeeze. Another negative feature would be sitting next to the windows on the second level. Now that it is winter you will feel the cold and it will be hard to shake it off unless you bring a sweater or get something warm to drink. It currently is performing at its best abilities. A few tweaks here and there I could imagine that this would be an establishment of very high grade. I would recommend dining here couple of times in your life. For this place has nowhere to go but up. If managed correctly.

Bottom line: we liked it and will be back soon Shared cheese platter (good) mussels (very good) and steak salad (good) plus a few cans of D.C. Brau Corruption (always good). Perhaps a bit too much vinaigrette on my salad so maybe on the side next time. Seems more of a wine place though a few tap beers wouldn't hurt especially in summer on the patio. Nice location near park.

I am so disappointed. Our friends meal with cold and had to be sent back. it took over 20 minutes to get their meal by which time we were done and our food was cold. the waiter was terrible, never heard from the management, and even worse they did not even offer to "right the wrong". never go back.

Went to the beer garden after a hike, and the service was terrible. They ran out of glasses, so we had to wait for drinks and it took 30 minutes to order a hot dog. Meanwhile, the bartender was enjoying his beer behind the counter. To top it off, they falsified the tip on my bill, which I only discovered after I saw my credit card statement. That's theft!
