Love shopping at old navy but customer services could be better. For example: wait until you all get in the back to talk about what previous customers did that was wrong. Don't do it in front of other customers.

I had a bad experience with the cashier I was treated in a very indifferent way in front of me there were other people and I saw them I treated them very kind but as soon as I passed I changed their kindness apart from not wanting me to validate an offer telling me that if I understood that I could not and I left there waiting until another cashier came out and told me that I was right but I felt ashamed that there were many people in the line of payment
