We can usually find a bargain for everyone in our family at this Old Navy. We typically go when it’s busy, such as the middle of the weekends, so clothes are often out of place and cluttered this is expected for a large retail clothing store. The location is easy to find in Willow Lawn. Parking is ample and free. They have all the latest fashions offered by old navy. There are also plenty of other stores, food and coffee places within walking distance to this old navy.

Interesting place for trendy clothes, but the service hear is not good.   Managers improving service would improve business and the store's reputation.

Absolute mess everytime I come to shop there. Incredibly long lines and little to no customer service unless you are checking out. Props for having too much product to handle.
