It was ok. Could of been more enjoyable if staff didn't make it so obvious that they were following my daughter and I all around the store. I would have bought more clothes.

Friendly staff, lots of options for clothing in a small space. Cute stuff on sale but limited sizes, other stuff not terribly cheap. No shopping carts so unless you want to carry everything in a bag or carry around your small child, bring a stroller.

I try not to visit Old Navy often, and particularly this location. It seems understaffed, and in the past (distant past, since I don't go in often!), employees have been pretty grumpy, as well.

Today was a pleasant visit, although the wait at the register was long again (see above about understaffed). But when I got home and looked at my receipts, I was confused. I had returned a couple of dresses that I just bought, and the return amount was discounted, for some reason. And then one of the dresses I returned, I bought in a smaller size, and was charged far more than the amount I paid when I bought it online 8 days ago. So now I have to go back to get an explanation for what happened. (I would call, but am dealing with a case of laryngitis that makes it hard to speak in the phone.)

Anyway, again...not my fave store. :/

This location is pretty disorganized and not very clean. Love the prices that Old Navy offers.

Asked a salesperson if they have anymore stock on 3 different items because they did not have my size out. The saleperson said, "no, this is it." Odd thing is another salesperson found all three items in my size.
