The pricing was good, however there were 2 things they were real wrong.

Went have sizes on the hangers for quick access if that isn't the size of the clothing?
Customers are supposed to be priority. They means you engage the customer when at the register, not continue your personal conversation with other people that are visiting and you are ringing up a customer and not allowing them to ask even a single question while you are helping them.

Bad customer service. The manager is too young to run the store, her name is Anna. She and the young cashier do not know how to handle a situation with a mistake that was on their part, Old Navy.  You do not just walk away without apologizing to the customer for the store's mistake. It was taken care of, but not in an polite way.  In South Carolina the customer service ROCKS!!

Love this store always very well organized they are always & willing to go out of their way to help & it's very refreshing extremely clean and very well organized & I love that The employees and the atmosphere reflect everything that I find wonderful about Old Navy!!!

Horrible.
The old ladies working here are rude and need a real job 👌 we'll never go back to this one.

I went to this store and was not assisted but anyone...purchased several items only to realize later that the associate left the sensor on...I returned to the store to have it removed at was greeted with ATTITUDE...from a young male associate & the manager on duty...I will never patronize this store again!!! Very dismissive and unapologetic towards inconveniencing a customer...for that You Suck!!!
