Always a long line.  Watch the sale signs.  Picked up shorts on a table that I thought were $10.  Turns out the sign was for t-shirts on the bottom shelf.  Shorts on the top 2 shelves were $25-$30.  This was the main display right at the front door.  Same display for men's and women's shorts.  Really frustrating when you're on a budget, spend time trying them on and you find out they cost three times what you thought.

Haven't been impressed with any Old Navy lately. Junky stores, ok merchandise,  ok prices. Lines are usually long.

One of the most messy and unorganized clothing retail stores I've ever been to,  even compared to other Old Navy stores. The lines are always long,  the employees always seem to be in a bad mood and don't seem to care about the shoppers experience.  However,  as messy as the clearance section is,  most of the items are incredibly discounted and are mostly still in-season items.

Nice, big and we'll stocked. Was impressed with staff and how neat store was kept 😎 The prices at Old Navy are unbelievable.

Staff is nice. Sometimes it's understaffed though and the line gets held up awhile.
