Pay attention. Sales Tax is charged to your order, no matter if you're exempt from paying it. They will give you the run around and assure you that it'll be deducted when the order is complete. NOT. This happened twice. Returning. Pompous store that makes many excuses. Try Nordstrom.

Love the new parking facilities. Staff are not the most helpful and clothing tends to be mixed up from time to time.

Well I.love this store and it's product and size availability. In fact it has gotten better within the past few years. Prior to that I was going all the way from Queens to the Walt Whitman store because they seemed to have my size and they were very helpful. Now I feel like I am more able to get what I need here at Roosevelt Field..However, last night I called to purchase a Mackage Puffer long coat and I spoke to Janice. I told her that I wanted to pick up the coat in the store as opposed ro ordering it online because I wanted to use an in store coupon. I asjed her if she would make sure that it was available before I came there. She put me on hold and thwn said there were supposed ro be 3 available but she couldnt find them! She took my number and said she would call me baxk AND SHE NEVER DID! Not cool Janice.
