It was okay. Came in early today (in the morning) and it was clean, quiet and half way organized. I guess I caught them on a good day. Some of the staff members are helpful while others look lost but simply just trying to do their job I guess. Best time to go to me is in the morning.

Didn't care much for tee shirts. They were not well made and looked cheap. I don't shop here.

I am a former employee at the old navy galleria in which I held the team lead position and know EVERYTHING about what customer service means to Old navy and the importance of keeping Jenny happy. With that said, this old navy has the worst customer service by far. TJ specifically was on the phone laughing while scanning my purchase and the other employees were socializing behind the registers instead of hopping on and moving the line. Not only that, the floor was a mess! Instead of laughing and being sociable, the floor should have been tended to and the customer service absolutely needs some work.
