Never ever buy a dress from here. Went to pick a dress out and one of the women said they would hold it I came back 2 hours later to show my fiancé to buy it and someone was walking out with it. The ladies behind the desk were nasty and all they said was oh well. Not only did they sell a dress they were holding for me but they are all nothing but miserable people. Found the dress and bought it online instead of giving that horrible business the money.

Very unpleasurable experience. I arrived with my daughter and there was a long wait time. While I was waiting I requested to see if I could look around they and refused. Some other people walked in at about 5 p.m. and they refused service to them... mind you there was 30 minutes left for the store to close. When we were finally called the sales associate approached us with a nasty attitude. My daughter told her what style dress number she was interested in, she proceeded to bring the dress out and when I asked what size is the dress she told me it's a small. A small is non-existent for this dress as the sizes are in numbers. She literally looked at my daughter up and down and said that the dress fit her when I know the dress did not fit her. I know my daughters size which is a zero.I asked politely again what size was the dress and again she told me it was a small. I didn't want to push it so I said okay no problem. she was trying to push the dress on my daughter and wanted her to try it on. On top of that she said to order another one if it didnt fit. How am i going to order something if i dont know how its going to lookk or fit? then I asked her where are the size 0 dresses... they do not have size 0 dresses... the majority of young girls that are shopping for dresses are either a double zero or zero how is it that you're going to be a popular store and not have these sizes? She then left somewhere I don't even know where so i left. please save yourself the aggravation and do not go to the store! they have a disgusting nasty attitude it is a very very small store. instead go to Estelles:) they're about five times the size as them and they have great customer service.

Horrible experience! When you go there you buy dresses off the rack, so there are some imperfections that they promise to fix. I purchased a dress for my daughters prom and gave them over a month to fix the loose beading. The first time I went back, there were still loose beads and even beads missing. I came back a week later and there were still loose beads. When I spoke to the manager she made it seem like it was my fault and had the nastiest attitude. Then pretty much threatened me to take it or leave it. To spend over $600 on a dress and to have it less than perfect is unacceptable. The dress was returned! Me nor anyone else that I know will EVER step foot in that store and the manager whose name I forgot should be fired for the disgusting treatment she gave to me and my daughter!

Do not recommend the employees are Verry rude the picture in the front of the plums looks like a butt💩
