This store has very nice staff which can make or break a store. It's hard to rate a chain store because any issues they have with stock or sizes isn't normally going to be their fault. Old navy isn't super high quality clothing so sometimes I find the prices a bit high unless they are having a sale. Today I scored rank topd for $2 for using my Old Navy credit card.

This was my first time at this store and will be my last. I asked help from a manager named KELLY with blonde short hair. She was rude right away and seemed like it was a hassle just to find an item I was looking for. She also talked to an employee very condescending in front of me about being slow with putting up sale signs. The entire store is a mess and I will be contacting HR about this location. It is unacceptable to treat you customers poorly, let alone speak to an employee like this. It was a horrible experience and ruined the brand of Old Navy for me.

Terrible experience, two registers open with over the 20 people in line! Asked why they didn't open more registers they replied there was no one else available, the manager is on break!!! DON'T SHOP HERE ON BLACK FRIDAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY HERE!
