Very sorry place to do business no wonder why they are losing big name brand suppliers. I will not do business with Sears again. This location demonstrates how they do busines. Don't expect to get a manager to call you back from this location. If you call them do not expect to have someone answer the phone no matter what department you pick you will get the same voicemail of the same person but no one will ever call you back. They ripped me off on a product I had purchased and have not made it right. I called the manufacturer of the product they apologized for Sears screw up and ate sending my part free of charge because that is not how they do business. Now I see why that manufacturer decided to quit doing business with them. Now they have lost another customer also

Shopping for a range with a true convection oven.  Sales associate in appliances, Monica Padgett, assisted us.  Found the one we liked and it was on sale that ended last Saturday.   Told her we wanted to shop and compare prices.  She gave us her card and told us she was off on Saturday, but if we came in on Monday, she would still honor the same price.  Came back Monday and explained this to the sales associate working (was told Monica would not be in till 4).  He called the store manager and was told they could not offer the same price.  It had went up $100.  Was also told they cannot offer extensions to sale prices ever.  Very dissatisfied with Sears.  Last straw, will never shop there again.   So sad, Sears has always been our one stop shop for major appliances.  Underhanded sales, just one of the reasons for their downfall.  Follow up: General Manager Me. Gordana agreed to refund the amount to the sale price and meet with all department heads and correct this from occurring again.  Very impressed and restored my confidence in Sears.

Just purchased a new washer and dryer set from MR Alan Bent. Do me a favor,and give that man a raise for his exceptional customer service. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly.  Great experience! Saved me some money and I was in and out of the store quickly

My family has shopped in Sears for generations. I have been out of town caring for family and didn't have the chance to return 3 tops I purchased until today. All the tags still attached, never worn, still on the hangers with my reciept and they refused to let me return them. I was even willing to compromise and offered to settle with a merchandise credit and they still refused. Even after explaining the situation. I even spoke to one of the manager's. I was upset because I have spent thousands of dollars in Sears. The icing on the cake as I gathered my merchandise and started walking towards the exit I could hear the manager laughing at me in front of her co workers and other customers. I was humiliated. I will never give Sears another penny. I will also share this experience with all of my friends and family. Unacceptable customer service practices.
