I've always received prompt and excellent customer service, whether I've been checking out, returning/exchanging, or ordering out-of-stock sizes online through the cashier. They have consistently good sales and coupons and in fashion pieces at a reasonable price. I get my active wear, outer wear, and professional clothing here. It's my favorite place to shop really. And their sizes aren't totally weird like other places.

Full size runs are usually out on the sales floor which is great. This old Navy is usually quite tidy and the staff is often nice and chatty. They aren't overly clingy and jump on me once I walk into the store which is a quality it prefer.

This place has gone downhill. Use to have great friendly staff but now you're barely greeted. Staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. Will only stop there if I'm looking for something specific.
