There is never a customer service representative to check you out. Left store many times due to no customer representative. I am surprised things are not stolen. Wanted to but some tools. A couple of other people where wanted to pay. I walked through the whole store and finally found one person. My husband walked out without making a purchase. It is no wonder you are loosing money and will need to close your stores.

Purchase online and pick up in store prices are significantly lower than advertised in store prices. Staff very slow and not properly trained to provide basic customer service including being able to checkout customers and apply Sears Rewards. I had to place my own order online and pickup in store to apply the Rewards for my purchase. Sears not like they use to be. I can see why they are closing several stores nation wide. I would not recommend telling anyone to shop there based on my most recent shopping experience.

They were so rude especially the manager! She was telling me rules about the rules of shop your way rewards points that weren't listed in the brochure she gave me and she couldn't provide me with any information that did show these "rules." She just kept saying that's the way it is.
