Hello,I had called before leaving home,was one pair of the Loose fitting jeans in my size until the truck shows to restock.With the 50% sale,They were flying off the shelves.A Service clerk,"Ashley" set them on the side for me,with tag reading my name.Entering the store,WAS PACKED(due to sale),line was formed for check out,I was afraid to even ask up there about the jeans,to not make folks think me a line cutter.Thankfully,Ashley grabbed the jeans for me.I tried them on,VICTORY.I went and stood in line like everyone else.All Clerks were expert,Checking folks out like Madness machine.I had a nice lady in front of me,While we witnessed this Crumb lady,mosey her way up,ask a question to a cashier,act as if she was looking at something on a table near the registers and JUMP right infront of EVERYONE.Like she was more important,or had convenient amnesia or her time was more precious than the other folks waiting.Thankfully,the gentlemen who answered my call in the first place,getting me in touch with Ashley,"Tony" I think was his name.Maybe 20,black hair,Square glass's,Knitted sweater,..He didnt allow her to cut in front of all other's waiting.Directed her to the lines end.They were moving patrons in and out so fast,she wouldnt of had to wait long for her turn.I had a Mature woman in front of me who was waiting her turn as well.The rude line cutter,the cashier, I think his name was Tony,made her go to end,..Pleasant Customer service,and the cashier's are expert's? But I wanted to shake his hand for keeping such control and having the nerve to direct her to lines end like everyone else.Control in a busy store is just as important as being expert to move the folks along in a speedy fashion.I never seen such a expert crew.All Old Navy staff were both pleasant and expert at their job for speedy time through..Ashley setting the last pair of my size on the side for me,Was the type of service that EARNS my loyalty.Then being a male,I normally allow females ahead of me in line,But when the line is long because of amazing sale's,I like when a cashier has control enough to set the rude in their place to wait like Everyone else.First time I ever seen  that,Normally the cashier's just avoid saying anything,but kindly he directed her to wait her turn like everyone else.I wanted to HOLLAR!! YEE HAW,like the other folks behind me.,lol,.Then Tony?,Explained the $10 rewards program,while multi tasking to keep the lines moving.I was impressed,because all of them are the typed folks Id hope to hire if I had the same typed retail store.The best at their job's.Old Navy should give every staff member there a raise,Because they are worth it...Total A+ at our OLD NAVY at the VIEWMONT MALL,I bet they have the best staff of any other branch.Ashley is a Angel,Tony is the BOUNCER CASHIER!!!,any retail store need's the typed staff who strive to be excellent at what ever job they do,and Ashley and Tony (the ones who served me),are exactly that.It isnt BAD NEWS to attend OLD NAVY on a weekend,you'll still get out just as fast with that crew..
