My 10-year-old daughter and I LOVE this place. This is our place. There is a table there by the fireplace and we always have the best talks at that table. We go through the line, we look at their bagels and muffins and other breakfast food on display. I usually get Everything Jalapeno which is the best bagel and I am basically a bagel connoisseur and YES their bagels ARE superior in my opinion. Their bagels make me want to eat very slowly and enjoy every bite. My daughter always gets a giant chocolate muffin, hot; she always has to take part of it home and eats it for breakfast the next morning. She orders independently, even gets herself a coffee. The employees are so nice, professional. And their prices are very reasonable, especially for what you get. My daughter and I get our coffees (you can choose your own coffee cup just like you're at home; they have a good variety of coffees and their coffee is excellent and yes you can get as much as you want), they bring us our food, and we talk and then we talk some more about how we're going to walk down Brookside "like city girls" with our coffees (that's what she says). There are soft tiny twinkling blue Christmas lights on the ceiling running diagonally in grids and the lighting is perfect because it is mostly natural. The atmosphere somehow creates a feeling of security, familiarity, even if you don't know anyone--like a niche, a regular neighborhood gathering place where all are welcome. It's bustling but also private, especially how they've done the seating. It's fast paced, but it isn't rushed feeling at all--and no matter how busy it ever is, I've never had to wait aside from being in line which is no biggie. There's also a patio on the side and you can bring your pets to breakfast! A great mix of people. (Another option: There is also a drive through.)

If I could live off of bagels and cream cheese alone I probably would try. Getting an everything bagel with the veggie cream cheese is literally like giving your mom a warm hug and having her whisper in your ear that everything is going to be ok. It's like waking up on Christmas and all the presents are for you. It's like going to your high school reunion and all the people who bullied you are middle aged soccer coaches with no hair, and you're a millionaire who invented a soda that makes you skinny. It makes me feel like maybe there is a God, and maybe I should give a little more attention to him so that I can have this forever when I die and go to heaven

I don't like to write negative reviews but I couldn't find an email to communicate directly. Disappointed in the service here. When my order was wrong (forgotten drink, missing items, cheese when explained wanted no cheese at all and no receipt) and I asked for the manager the kid at the register turned around and asked a guy on the line if he would talk to a "potential complainer." The owner ended up offering an extra cookie and when I told him the manager seemed mad at me (glared at me and didn't say a word.. basically seemed miserable) he said he was annoyed. I'm very forgiving with messed up orders and I've worked in the service industry for years but the customer service was really bad all around. I don't like to write bad reviews but wanted you all to know why you're losing a customer. UPDATE. the "corrected" veggie sandwich with no dairy, had shredded chicken on it. So won't bother with you all anymore. The bagels themselves are great but I'll be going to Panera if I want a bagel where they have heard of customer service.

I absolutely love coming here. The line wait is a little long but totally worth it. The employees and the food make 15 minutes seem like nothing. 5 stars!!

My favorite place for bagels in Tulsa! The everything bagel is my go to! They have great sandwiches too. Don't forget about the amazing cookies also. Yum! I recommend the everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and butter - you can't go wrong. The staff is always friendly and eager to help.
