Great atmosphere, great coaching and no contracts.  Sometimes I go in to get help with boxing techniques and sometimes I just go in to get a great sweat. The coaches are willing to help all the time or leave you alone to do your own thing.  If your looking for a great gym at a good rate this is the place to be.  Would recommend to anyone.

I started boxing here about 7 years ago and love it. I've been all over the country and haven't found a gym with rates or schedules even remotely close. The atmosphere at Old School is boxing: the owner isn't focused on your money. So many other gyms I've been to have been about getting you in the contract and then you'll learn to box lined up in rows following along to an instructor with no personalization. You need to go in to believe it.

*Disclaimer, I am not at the gym now but in the two years I've been out of Colorado I've never found anything remotely close to Old School.

Great deals for multiple kinds of training experiences. The Coach/Owner is extremely helpful to trainees of all skill levels.
