Colorado Springs group fitness training and coaching with proven results

Story

The team at Results Fitness Rx provide all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. Most of our members are in the Results Club, where they are assigned a coach who uses periodic assessments, progressive programming, and built-in progress checks to ensure members get the results they deserve. We also offer Open Gym, Active Release Techniques® (ART®), Functional Training & Cross Training, Yoga, Olympic Weightlifting, & Kettlebell training.

This gym is great. The owner and trainers are great. The members are all very nice and welcoming. When you first start with results fitness, a trainer will sit down with you to disscuss your goals, with that they’ll come up with a nutrition plan. They’ll also take your measurements and show you the progress you’ve made. The classes are challenging, but the trainers will be there to push you and make sure you’re doing all the exercises correctly. Been here 4 months and the results are great. I feel stronger and better ever since I started here.

Great gym, great coaches! Highly recommend to anyone looking to change up their monotonous gym routine!! I've seen amazing results in the 45 days I've been here. Results gives you results!!

I did the 30 day challenge with two friends and all three of us ended up signing up for a full membership. Every workout is challenging and different so I never get bored. The trainers are awesome! Jojo provides enough direction to help correct my form but not so much that I feel like I'm being hounded. He pushes me when he knows that I need it and constantly encourages me to push myself. It's a great atmosphere and not at all intimidating when you make it past the first class. I love knowing that I can just show up and I'll get my ass kicked and I don't have to think about which machines or exercises to choose. I had a Planet Fitness membership for a year and I've worked out more consistently and seen more results in the past two months than I did that entire year. Try it and you'll be hooked!

Results fitness is awesome. I love all of the different workouts, they are never the same and they push you to your limit on a daily basis. All of the coaches are very nice, approachable, and have your best interest in mind. This gym has prepared me for a career as a fire fighter and I am grateful that my wife and I are members. They have a wide variety of gym equipment from free weights, kettle bells, rowers, stair climbers, treadmills, outdoor track, tires, boxes, pull up bars and much more. Classes are convenient for your schedule as they have them offered throughout the day. The cost of a membership is well worth the benefits that you will see! If you want to see results- come join this awesome gym family! A big thanks to Nate, Luke, Nick, and Jojo for their motivation and killer workouts.

It's all in the name.. RESULTS! If you want to get into the best shape of your life - THIS IS THE PLACE. The trainers are experts in their fields and it shows through their diverse workouts. It's honestly one of the favorite parts of my day.
