I am leaving this comment for my boss. As her assistant, I helped her in planning her wedding, and the cake was a big part of that. I had never worked with this bakery before, but liked the reviews. 
This family is extremely responsive, and very good with time constraints. I was told that the design was amazing, and just what the bride wanted. Then the bride stated that the cake was delicious and that her guests were asking where the cake was from, because they were so impressed. 

Tina and Steve wanted to say thank you to the bakers and this family for working so hard, and doing such an amazing job. 

You guys are amazing!!!!!

Oleander Baker was at a Wedding Show in 2010, giving samples of their product.  I was so impressed with the flavor, they immediately made my short list for Wedding Cake companies to look into.

When arriving in their store I was told all about their use of natural raw ingredients, everything is fresh and/or made in house.  It is a family owned business and both people in the store had amazing customer service.  The flavors of their cake and the price were unbeatable!

She told me the chocolate chip cookies were freshly baked today.  No way.  She delivered a dry, freezer burned, cold cookie that she sold for 85 cents.  Yuck.  Triple yuck.  Got refund.  Rude service.

this is the place to order a cake for a big occasion. they are true artists. very polite, funny and personable. this is the best bakery around the area.  I recommend this bakery to everyone.

The service was slow. I ordered an iced mocha and it tasted like iced coffee (not a mocha). The manager (I assume) looks at me and says 'is it good?' As if the barista was in training. I told her 'it doesn't taste that chocolately' so she brings the chocolate syrup over and pours about 2 tablespoons in ruining my drink! I requested a new drink. She gives me an iced coffee slams The chocolate on the table and tells me to mix the chocolate my self. 

I asked 'do you normally make your customers mix their own drinks?' 

Incredibly disappointed in the slow and rude customer service.
