Seems to be the biggest hotspot for lunch for women in Mountain Brook village. The room is packed with females at lunch time during weekdays. They have pretty good soup and salads. Their sandwiches are okay but don't compare to Brick & tin across the street. I have ordered multiple cakes from them. Their cakes can be cute but the icing is very good but the cake itself tastes like cake mix. Also when you order it's very impersonal and I don't think I was ever able to get the exact cake I wanted.

This place never disappoints. They offer so many great food AND dessert items. It's all delicious and always packed.

Delightful!  5 of us has a birthday lunch here.  All our food was good!  The chocolate cake slice was awesome* We will go here again soon.

Delicious food! Great for lunch! The only problem is the service is not great. Very slow both times I went. Once they were not crowded and once they were crowded. My suggestion, go when you are not in a hurry. Their salad dressing is delicious as are their cookies!

Wonderful food and cakes and great service!  Such a fun, french cafe atmosphere, without having to venture outside if the weather doesn't permit!
