First time ever to this Publix. Absolutely had a great experience! Needed to grab a quick lunch and didn't want to deal with parking at the restaurants downtown. Parking was a snap! The produce guy was very helpful and suggested I pick up a small grab and go fruit cup. What a surprise the package plastic spoons were right there with the single container yogurt! Best place to grab a quick inexpensive healthy lunch when you're downtown! I'm pretty sure every employee there spoke to me and had a smile on their faces. Definitely will be my downtown go to from now on!

Ordered a sub online. Pickup time was 3:55pm - got there at 3:58 and my sub was not even started even though they weren't busy. Had to tell the lady behind the counter about it for her to start it. I realized the sub was wrong when I got to the car and went back to customer service to get it fixed. Long story short the customer service people were not much help and, once they finally fixed the sub, the manager proceeded to give me a long explanation why they had to ring up the sub differently because of inventory. I literally had to ask if I could leave the store. So unhelpful. Honestly I probably wouldn't have bothered leaving a review if this were another store, but I expect a certain level of customer service from publix and this was by far the worst I'd been to. Two stars because the store was clean.

Great location. Great workers. I hate they don't have the mardi gras wings anymore and the produce is not fresh. Especially the cucumbers.

The store is compact but with plenty of room and just the right products for me. The employees are extremely helpful and always eager to do so.

Easy, covered parking. Purchased what I planned and left quickly. Lots of staff to assist in all stages of the process.
