My husband and I love this place. We usually always have a fantastic server and our food arrives quickly. I would give them five stars if it weren’t for some of the hostesses. They are mostly young teenage girls that aren’t very polite and talk about their personal life while costumers are waiting to be seated. Not very professional, however the one lady (I think she is the lead hostess) is amazing. She’s an older lady and she’s always very sweet to us.

Great food, excellent service. We got there at noon and there was a short wait. The waitress was very friendly and checked on us regularly. I was impressed with her since they were so busy. It was my first time in Winchester, but if I am ever back there, I certainly would return.

Really nice evening. The food was very good (better than I have had at some other establishments). Stu the waiter was very pleasant and helpful. We had a couple of  unusual requests which were handled without any problem. The atmosphere was busy but not over crowded. Overall a very pleasant experience, I will be returning soon.

really loved this place til today. went in to have lunch told there's a wait for a restaurant that was not busy.Hostess made statement they had no help yet waiting on people to come in but we could easily see empty tables where servers was serving others. Management needs to look at there schedule processes

On 2-18-2018 I called at 11:02 am today (I couldn't remember who I talked to) to make a reservation at 5 pm for 7 people for my 10 year old daughter's birthday who picked this restaurant out of any I said I would take her to.  Upon arriving at 5 pm they claimed they did not have my name and that they don't accept reservations only "call ahead".  The hostess said we would have to wait about 30 minutes as we had 2 couples ahead of us.  We left and went to TGIF'S and were seated within 2 minutes.  I just called Olive Garden at 7:10 pm to see if i could make a reservation for tomorrow at 6 pm, a lady named Savannah answered and said yes let me get the reservation book at that moment I hung up as I was furious that they were accepting reservations STILL.  I wouldn't have been as upset if it had not been my little girls birthday dinner.  Next time I want Olive Garden we will go to Carabbas!
