Like there food. It Average. I didn't like the 4 for 4. They had stuff on it the "was a mistake and didn't belong on the list." If it is advertised then either fix it or honor it. The fries also had an odd after taste... Like either they weren't fresh or not quite done. I guess in the long run I was disappointed.

For a quick bite to eat Wendy's is a good change of pace. The spicy chicken sandwich is a classic, and the new chicken tenders are really quite good. 

This particular location is always empty, drive though and parking lot. I'm lucky if I see three cars there, which means your in and out very quickly, it also means in off hours the pre-made food can be a little stale. I tend to avoid fries unless its close to a lunch or dinner rush. 

Only 4 stars because, well it's fast food, not really a 5 star restaurant, lol.

Very rude service at the drive-thru from the time I placed my order to the time I picked up the food at the window. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This location's recent re-modeling has greatly helped the customer's experience in dining inside as it now gives a cafe-type experience with nice furniture and a cozy atmosphere. This Wendy's provides fast and appreciated service, while offering a relaxed and mostly clean environment. To the staff who clean and the management as a whole, your walls could use cleaning.

Last night, Wendy's of Charles Town was under staff,but the meal was hot and the servers were nice.
