My family comes here pretty often. The service is always great, the food comes out hot and within a good time frame with no complaints. I've never had a bad experience here.

My husband surprised me with a date night last night something that doesn’t happen often with 2 kids. We drove 2 hours because we don’t have a Olive Garden where we live just to be disappointed my husband had the shrimp and chicken cabarnara and I always order the tour of Italy. My husbands food was good besides the chicken it was tough and my fettuccine pasta was hard and over cooked my lasagna had big chunks of meat in it and my chicken Parmesan was hard to cut into. To top it all off I keep having to go to the bathroom the food made me very sick so much so that we will take our date nights elsewhere we won’t be back. I actually give negative stars if that was possible.

When we got there, we were greeted by two people up front. When we were seated, we had to wait about 5-7 minutes but the waiter took no time to bring out our drinks and take our orders and put them in. Our waiter, Taylor/Tyler was amazing and very welcoming. The food came out very quickly and it was absolutely delicious. Taylor/Tyler was very friendly and did his job very well. I will DEFINITELY be going again.

Service is always terrible here, ordered everything as soon as waitress came to the table.  She brought soup right away that was not hot and said she would be right back with the drinks ( a water and a coke). Ten minutes later I went to try to find the waitress and she was no where to be found.  The table  next to us was waiting longer than us for food  and was upset also.  We left and tried calling the manager and waited on the phone twice 10 minutes each time.  I would really love to enjoy breadsticks and salad but the service is not worth it.
