I love coming here on my days off in the early morning. I enjoy watching the staff joking and laughing while doing there work. The food is great and it has entertainment with the staff at times. Lol.

The food is good, the prices are low, very reasonable. This is a high profit franchise, very small footprint and investment.

The man sitting next to me said, "This is one of the most inefficient kitchens I have ever seen." Then he walked out. He had been there well before I entered the building and still hadn't received his ordered. The cook bickered with the wait staff. There are plenty of other Waffle Houses, skip this one.

Walked in the door at 3:20 pm to find 3 employees and zero customers.  Was half-heartedly welcomed by one employee. After seating ourselves, it was for 4 minutes before anyone else acknowledged our presence. I asked for a full menu, not the limited menu that was on the table. Then I heard a deep heavy snorting sigh from the waitress. Requested menus were located and orders were promptly placed. In a short time, one plate was delivered. Four minutes later another plate was delivered. Two food items still MIA. I inquired about the delay and received a muttered reply. I've visited many Waffle Houses and have never had such lacking service. The 3 employees were less than 10 feet from my table and discussing my comments. I spoke up and said, "I'm sitting right here and any of you are welcome to discuss this issue with me". The cook came over and told me that the bacon was overcooked and she was cooking more. The waffle was overlooked and cooking as we spoke. She went on to say it was the restaurants policy to deliver food once it comes off the grill. And yes some customers get their order piece by piece and over a period of time. I stated that the waitress could have informed me of delays, yet she didn't. I thanked her for her time and the last items were delivered. Ok let's eat.... nope. Immediately an employee comes out of the back screaming and detailing their finding of a disgustingly gross item in the restroom. That was the final straw! I told my friend I was leaving and we did. Not one employee was to be found when we exited and left behind a table full of cold, barely touched food.
