This participar location is hit and miss. Appetizers come super fast and entrees will take forever. Some servers are great and some are not. For a chain Italian Restaurant it's not bad and quality of food and beverages are good. Just need a little more consistency. Love the salad...

tried a new dish, chicken something, it was loaded with veggies and was really good. the mango strawberry tea was also really good. 
my wife had the eggplant parmesan,  she wasn't as pleased with her selection. the kids are always pleased. 
service was not good, a family that came in after us, received beverages,  bread and salad before I had to get the manager/host that sat us. we had a good waitress once things were rolling. 
we get the emails, so the kids are for a dollar.

Both food and service were excellent. On the way back home from San Antonio to Florida we decided to stop in at lunch time, spur of the moment. Management had no clue a group of 25 seniors was about to descend on them. But they accommodated us within minutes. Our waitresses were great, food came out really fast and tasted really good. Would recommend this Olive Garden to anyone.

I am so disappointed in the service! Not only did we have to wait for bread, but they brought soup and salad and no cheese or bread.. It took forever to finally get the cheese, then I asked again for the bread and was told it wasn't ready. The table behind me came in after me and received bread before our table. At this point my soup is cold and I'm not happy. The waitress never came to check if everything was ok. And one of our dishes had sat too long as well. The noodles on the edges all the way around the fettuccini alfredo were hard. We were finished eating and still waiting on her. At this point I had sat so long waiting I just wanted to leave. I won't be back to this location unless it is for take out.

Awesome place to eat and the prices are reasonable. Our server was so friendly, kind and accommodating.
