This was my first time at Olive Garden. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, especially after my husband told her I am from Italy. She would sometimes come to the table and ask me questions about the language, my country, and travel tips. When it comes to food, I didn't like how they claim to be authentic. It's definitely a great restaurant for those who like Italo-American food.

We were there for over 2 hours and my meal still wasn't right. When I ordered my steak I requested it well well done and instructed if they have to burn it some that's fine. Even after being sent back it still came back with blood juices running out. Another person ordered the salmon and it was very bland. Salad had to be argued over before we got it. Had to request utensils to eat with and bread. Sprite was flat per waitress so ordered lemonade and then had to request it again before it was brought out. Worse experience there ever. Bill was adjusted but I still wasn't able to eat there due to steak never getting done enough.

I had four stars but had to change. My wife and I didn’t like a recent experience. It seemed the front end staff were disorganized, and our server kept forgetting to bring us items we requested. We will be willing to try again in the future, however.

The food is okay for the prices. Bottomless bread-sticks and soup is the best, when available. The decor is dated and a bit sterile. Service is good.

The service was good but it took over 45 min to get my dish. It wasn't even busy when we went in. Once I got my dish we realized i5 was missing all the vegetables. First we were told they fought they ran out of the veggies but then they found them. They didn't do anything to fix the problem except give me my dish corrected 15 min later. My fiance was already finished by this time so we took mine to go.
