I'm am very disappointed with the service ive experienced with this apartment complex. Me and my fiancé were looking around for a new home and by the looks and the visit at the property we were very pleased with the look of the home and the community. We were all in for getting this home. One of the leasing consultants were looking into some information for us, as far a discount. I understand at the time the company was changing new management so the leasing consultant had to get some answers. What really rubbed me the wrong way is ever since we visited the home I have called and followed up with the consultant EVERY week. EVERY time she tells me "I don't have an answer I will call you back tomorrow". Well of course I NEVER RECIEVED ANY CALLS BACK... not even a follow up saying "I haven't got an answer for you, but I'm still looking into it"... me following up has been going on for a month straight. Well come to find out they have sold the apartment to someone else. So I will searching for another place, and another place that will service their future residents better. Thank you but no thank you Winterset Apartments
