Our wait was expected to be 45 mins the place was super busy which was totally understandable it's Friday night. We only waited maybe 25 minutes. Our server was Lilly and though she was crazy busy not once did we feel like we were neglected at all she was very attentive and very bubbly I loved her service and personality!! She was so calm and collected if you didn't look around the dining room you wouldn't have noticed how busy the place was because she didn't show it in her demeanor which is my kind of waitress!!! Keep on rocking Lilly!!! Nick and I will definitely be back to the Northside location in Davenport IA just because of your service!! Lilly reminded me of my self as a waitress and I think that's how customer service should be. Good food, good value for the money, and great service. Thanks a bunch for the awesome Friday night dinner!👊

Hillary is THE BEST waitress ever!!! She is so attentive, and caring. Makes our visits more frequent due to her amazing service. We love the half price wine and beer option while you wait too.

Busy and crowded.  But the service was good for amount of people who were being served.  Our server Heather was attentive and managed to give excellent service for the amount of customers.

I got to the restaurant at 4:30 when there were plenty of open tables, but I was still told to wait and given a pager even though I was the only person waiting. After a few minutes I was shown to my table and ordered a drink. When my drink came it was wrong. Then I ordered food. The waitress brought out soup with no spoons saying "they are washing more spoons now". Several minutes later, after eating most of my soup with a fork, I was given a spoon, and the correct beverage. When my food finally came it was wrong but I decided to not take the chance of sending it back. To top it all off there was multiple trays of dirty dishes sitting near my table for the majority of my meal.

The food tasted good, but the service was abysmal. I will not be going back to any Olive Garden for a long time.

We called ahead and were told 25 minute wait.  Arrived 15 minutes later.  Entire lobby packed.  After waiting another 30 minutes were told we were next.  15 minutes and 5 other groups seated ahead of us later we left.  And they were still telling callers 25 minute wait.  DON'T LIE to customers.   We are now ex customers!
