I'm a vegetarian, I asked what the tortellini is stuffed with and the guy taking my order, who is supposed to be management said I was thinking of Ravioli, tortellini isn't stuffed. I thought that was weird and ordered it with basil cream sauce. I got my food and the tortellini is in fact stuffed with cheese. Disappointed that a manager doesn't even know his own menu.

The unlimited bread sticks are fine as long as you want 1. I ate my entire meal, sat here for 10 minutes and typed out this review and no one came around with more bread sticks. 

Will not be coming back.

I have eaten here with my family probably 10 times in the last year with no issues but today was pretty bad. My daughter's meal was messed up twice. We only got 2 bread sticks for a family of five. We sat here for 45 minutes eating and not once did they bring out bread sticks. I am pretty sure the general manager is here and he doesn't seem very concerned. It is lunch on a Sunday so they have a pretty good amout of people here and we are not the only ones having issues. The rest of the staff is trying hard to fix things but management should be more involved.

Food tastes great, but I regularly receive incorrect items or just don't get my items at all. Tonight was my final try and order was incorrect yet again.  Tried calling the restaurant for over an hour and no one will answer the phone. For all my troubles and money i may as well make lasagna at home.

Although this is a fast food Restaurant the atmosphere is not as such meaning that when you walk in the door as you are family immediately! That welcoming warming feeling when you come home to visit with relatives. This is the vibe that the facility gives off amazing atmosphere and Monique makes you feel like a sister or a brother how she is very professional helping she keeps a very clean restaurant and all around just an awesome person her personality is so happy that it rubs off on people that may be having a bad day why pay the prices of Olive Garden when you can pay a quarter of the cost with a better atmosphere and better service and don't forget ask for more breadsticks they're free with a purchase.

I've been eating here since I was young. It's only gone downhill. Today we waited over half an hour to get our food. When we hit the half hour mark of waiting, we went up and asked them about are food. They told us that the drive thru is their top priority and that the people ordering inside will have to wait. We finally get are food and our order is wrong. Mean while the tables are filing up with people who don't have food, because only drive thru is getting food. There is one group in here that has been waiting almost an hour for "fast food". This is ridiculous.
