As of March 2018, the wait staff are still wonderful and we didn't have to wait long at all for our food. Olive Garden is a very under-rated restaurant, and I am reminded of that every time I come here.
On this last visit, our waitress was Ashley W and she was completely wonderful, attentive, friendly, and even a little humorous

We visited the Olive Garden in Greentree tonight and our server Jocelyn was excellent! We’ve never experienced such kind and efficient service at another Darden restaurant. She was very helpful with the menu and extremely pleasant with a smiling face! We will definitely visit again soon!

Stopped at the GreenTree location for lunch. Was not busy. Waited & waited for a waitress to take our order. Didn't even take our drink order. Finally walked all the way back to the person who sat us cause I had no idea who our waitress was. She came right back with me & said she would get our drink order & find our waitress. Overheard her asking somebody else who our waitress was & they didn't know. Still waiting..... never brought our drinks. Finally after nothing & at least a half hour, got up & left.

visited the location on Greentree Road in Pittsburgh! Great staff! even better food! I was offered a second course for free to take home! Thank you so much!

The food, as always, was very good. Soups were served hot; the server was pleasantly attentive to our requests.
Word of caution: if you order coffee, be sure to check inside the carafe ....if you don't, you may end with a tea bag (like I did!) inside! Then the coffee will have a weird soapy taste! (The carafe went through the dishwasher and put in service.)
