Awful! First time. The staff out front was excellent but Got dinner with my husband for a special dinner for out night away at the hotel.5 mile down the road. Our wait was about 20 min in the place and when we got to eat it was cold and the portions And quality of food literally looked like frozen meals. The calamari was horrible and the bread sticks tasted worse than hoagie rolls at the grocery store. The salad had 1 tomato, 2 black olives and the rest was ice burg lettuce... 45$ dinner down the drain! We took one bite of everything and will finish our dinner with Ben N Jerry ice cream. We will not return, I wish I could get my money back.

My fiance and I both had the seafood alfredo and ended up with food poisoning. We each missed 3 days of work and it would have been longer had I not been off the two days following the three days of missed work. It was the only place we ate that day. When we called Olive Garden to let them know they told me they would call me back and after 24 hours and no call I called them again. They again took my information and again did not call back. My fiancee contacted their corporate office and within an hour we got a phone call from their insurance company. They initially wanted to give us a gift card for $50 trying to smooth it over. Our bill was $75 and I did not want a gift card I wanted my money back. They did return the money after the second call. Our ER visits have yet to be paid for and I have not even seen anything from them in regards to their insurance paying for our visits to the ER and it has been a week now. I will never eat there again. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea is not how I plans to spend the 24 hours after eating there. We had been over for a bridal show and up until then was enjoying our day.

This place has the best staff and manager team I have run into yet. Always great food and very affordable. The management team does everything they can to make your experience as good as it can be. One of our favorite places to go! It says alot when the manager remembers your order, and even sits down with us to catch up on how we have been! They put in the extra effort!

My first time eating at any olive garden was Feb 2 2018 at the Burlington Vt one (or the town next to it,i don't remember lol). It was a beautifully decorated establishment. The waitress was on point,very attentive,and super nice! The food was all fresh and perfectly cooked. Absolutely pleased me in all ways possible! Wtg olive garden!! Thank you for a great experience with my daughter.
