The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and talkative. The service is fast and accurate. The food is served hot , fresh and the Menu had old favorites as well as seasonal dishes that keep things exciting. The cost is moderate. A great lunch place and even better spot for drinks and appetizers.

A franchise of the famous Chicago eatery, this location has nice, friendly staff and the service is quick and attentive. On weekends, especially game days, expect a crowd. The atmosphere is perfect for game day, so consider. Parking is plentiful. The food is above average, and the menu changes, although pizza is the draw. Highly recommended!

We came with 2 cranky toddlers. The staff was gracious, food came fast and we even got a tour of the kitchen! Thanks to Lauran and Mikayla.

Terrible service, waited on hold for 10 min to be informed by an uneducated man named JD on the phone, that he had not put my order in after the 10 min hold. I do not call a establishment to order food, and expect to still wait 30 more minutes to be able to PICK UP MY FOOD. My unreasonable request that somehow warranted the 10 minute wait on hold was to find out the additional cost to add an additional burger patty. All the employees other than the bar tenders are incompetent, and obviously the company doesn't care about the level of service they are currently operating at.
