Alecia I believe was the name of our waitress. Super sweet and accommodating. Though her happy excitedness to serve us was over the top n even forced, in the end she won us over. Great kid and a real benefit to the Olive garden family. I look forward to having her at my table again.

My wife and I have made olive garden our favorite sit down restaurant before going to see a movie, at least that was true up until recently. New year's day my wife and I went and the wait was about 45 minutes and there was a crowd of about 25-30 people crammed in the entrance. When I went to the bathroom I noticed half the tables were empty and clean and yet nobody was being seated at them. Once we managed to get seated it was over 10 minutes before our server came to our table and got our order, another 10 or so minutes after we were done with the soup and salads before they came back to give us more and then when we got our main meal the glaze on my chicken had been burnt so bad it overpowered the flavor of the rest of the meal. I ate only one piece of it. I informed the waitress and she offered me free dessert or replacement chicken. This was 1.5 hours after being seated. I politely declined the offers as u was already full and I usually don't eat desserts after a big meal. I asked her is she could do something about the bill since the chicken was half of my meal. She said she would only charge me for the same meal but without the chicken and saved me a whopping $2 on a $17 plate. The portions would have been different if I had made the same order without chicken. I will be calling to talk to the GM about the issue. This was our first negative visit at this location in the past 5 years of going. I'll be trying to find a better restaurant nearby for our regular visits instead. This is abnormal for olive garden but the lady seemed to be part of the bar area, I have never seen her as a server before.

The staff was extremely nice to me, the waitress came back often to check if I needed anything. She was very polite and easy to strike conversation with. As for the food.. it was FANTASTIC. Their food is so creamy and almost feels as if it's melting over your taste buds. 10/10 recommend.

Everything was delicious, as always. We love to eat at the Olive Garden, we can count on the service to be friendly and helpful. The food to be awesome, no matter what you order. And everything to be clean. We will definitely be going back.

My lasagna was burnt pretty bad. They still decided to serve it to me. This was unacceptable. However the service was good. My waitress after I pointed out the burnt lasagna. Went to the kitchen and made sure I had another dish. Seeing as how I could not have tampered with this lasagna to make it as bad as it was. One would think that they would knock a percentage off the bill. Or shower us with gift card or appetizers or something.
