We have our family Easter here every year at the Green Bay Olive Garden. Wait staff is more mature than most places and gives exceptional personable service and doesn't mind waiting on our family of 19 complete with nine grandchildren ages 17 to 3. They always treat us like; "like hey there you are we missed you"!. And the food is always great and a lot of it. They make us feel like we're at home and they're happy to see us!

The food as always was good but the bread sticks were dry and unseasoned. The meal was great. I shared my meal with another person and the cooks split it in the kitchen so we got seprate plates from the get go which was nice not having to do that at the table. Our waitress on the other hand was horrible. She took more than ten minutes to get a glass of water. Then our server was waiting on the table next to ours and and she cleared their dirty dishes and put them on our table. I was stunned. We were in a hurry so I didn't complain but I did call and speak with the manager later who took care of it.

We came to this location with a group of 12 business men and wives following a conference. We arrived at 1:30pm on a Friday. It felt like they couldn’t serve us and get us out fast enough! Our entrees were brought before we were half finished with soups and salads. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. They assigned 2 waiters to our table and both were trying to talk to people at the same time. It was very unprofessional. When 2 of our guests arrived late, thay asked our entire group to move to another table because another group was to be seated nearby. 2 separate waiters poured water on the table when filling glasses because they were distracted and rushing. They were in such a hurry. At first I thought the restaurant was really full or had a large waiting list but as we left, there was only the one group waiting and most of the tables were empty! Rather than change tables we left. The couple who came late politely changed tables but we felt rushed and unwelcome.

Soooooo good! The food amazing! Also, very filling. The waitress was very nice as was all of the staff. The drinks were a bit pricey but over all was a great experience. One of my favorite places to eat!

The shrimp scampi was wonderful, but of course the salad and bread sticks were too. Calling ahead to get in line worked well, and enabled us to get home at a reasonable time.
