I love going to Olive Garden and usually have a great experience at other locations. It is really obvious how much this location has declined over the past few years, which is really unfortunate because I used to love eating here. We checked in online about 1 hour before arriving. When checking in, it said the wait from that point was about 15 minutes. After arriving, it took about 30 minutes for us to get a seat. This was after my husband asked the hostesses when they would be getting us a table. They were on their phones the whole time. When we were seated, we did not have any utensils to eat with. In addition, there were probably five or six open tables. We only had a party of four so it is not like they had to accomodate us. The food was great as always. I really love the food at olive garden, but I will be choosing a different location going forward.

Very good food and awesome service.  Cody our server gives beyond great service.  Give him a white towel for his arm and you would swear you are in a restaurant charging $100 a plate. Great job Cody!

Aside from that the food is great as expected.

Olive Garden is always good!!! Better than any restaurants... But they are kind of little expensive and they changed a lot when compared to years... plenty of parking, staffs are very nice and of course love to go there again...

I frequent Olive Garden 2-3 times a month for Lunch & Learn presentations.  Knoxville and Chattanooga kick it out of the ballpark every...single...time...  I arrive at 11 and the four bags of food are ready and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful even carrying the bags to my vehicle.  The five times I have visited the Madison location have been beyond disappointing.  

Last week I waited until 20 after 11 for two bags, only to rush to my now late presentation to find no plates, knives, forks, napkins, serving utensils, ice or lemon/sweetener for the tea.

I ordered online yesterday for 11am pickup and am now waiting at Olive Garden in Madison and it's 11:38.  I have seen several people walk out with orders scheduled for 11:30 to 11:45.  If I hear "our takeout person called out today"...I swear.... 

NEVER again!!!  You guys need to call Knoxville and Chattanooga stores and learn how to run a takeout operation.

Terrible service.  After waiting to be seated it took nearly 30 minutes for the server to come out and ask for our order.  Of course my kids were starving by then so we walked out and went next door to longhorns. Great service there
