I always enjoy going to Olive Garden. The atmosphere is generally open and inviting. A friend and I recently had lunch there and even the lunch was almost too much to eat. The soup and salad combo is a great way to enjoy lunch. We had just enough attention to meet our needs but that also allowed us to to tend to the business we were there for. For those who like cheese on everything the wait staff will gladly keep adding it on until told to stop.

The food is always top notch. Unfortunately, the help is not. My wife and I eat here often, with Olive Garden being her favorite place. I would say that out of 5 times eating at this location, 4 of them have at very least passable service (thus the rating). I don't think I have ever had a terrible server here, at least nothing bad enough to make us run for the door if they tried seating us with the same person! Overall, I recommend it, even if you get a stump for a server!

Good food and friendly service.If you really like Italian food,this is a must visit restaurant. Like they say "Here you are family."They really treat there customers well.And they have really good desert selection.This restaurant is great! Also they have excellent pasta.I strongly recommend this restaurant. If you really like Italian food, this is a place for you.Lastly this restaurant is great for a romantic dining.They also have a great wine selection.The prices are very fair for the food and service they supply.This restaurant is a great dining experience for the whole family.

Good location, awesome menu, and great service! Once per month we travel to Mansfield for shopping. This Olive Garden is our favorite dinner destination while we're here. The staff is always on their game, and we've always had good experiences. Be aware, wait times increase significantly during evening and weekends.

I'm giving Olive Garden 3 stars because our recent visit was not very good. The food was delicious. We ordered 2 different appetizers, & we got 3 pieces of both. I just think that for the money we paid they could have gave us a few more. My main reason was our waitress tho. She kept forgetting things we ordered, put the wrong dressing on our salad, & the 3 of us all wanted the same kind, she left our dirty dishes on the table when she brought our main dish out. We had to make room to receive our plates. It was just a bad experience. I was more upset because it was my husband's first time going there & I was bragging about how awesome this restaurant was. We told our waitress that too. I know we all have our bad days so I'm chalking it up to that. This was the Olive Garden by the Richland Mall.
