The service was very slow and poor. Our waiter went on a break after taking our order. The children's pizza arrived 10 minutes before our meal. When our meal arrived my daughter's 18.00 chicken meal was cold. We tried to get a waiter's attention and could not, we even pressed the service button on table but no one came. Finally when the waitress appeared after another 10 minutes she took it back and returned it heated in the microwave. It was so hot she could not eat and the tomatoes on her chicken had bursted in the microwave. Quite a bad experience. The manager apologized and gave us a free dessert. We really should have just asked for the chicken to be deducted as it was not eaten. 

I will not return to this location. I do love Olive Garden in other areas where the decor, service and food are far superior to this location. There are many excellent restaurants in Downey to choose from.

I had a horrible experience and will never go back to that one again. My food comes to the table and it was cold I told my waiter and her response to me was I could go microwave it for you REALLY WTH if I wanted to reheated up food I could have stayed at home. So she said they would make it again. Food comes out for the second time plate super hot, Alfredo sauce hot and here comes the same lukewarm chicken and pasta. I wish I could give them no stars.

Packed durring dinner. So i grabbed a beer at the bar then enjoyed some delicious food. I don't come here often but i love it every time i do..

This place used to be a place I looked fwd to eating at. Idk what's happened since then but the place has a bad odor. Employees walk around looking lost. And management doesn't ever seen to be present. Small bugs flying around the draft beer??. Really?. Where's the pride I used to see in that place ?. At least the beer was cold. Someone wake up and bring this place back2 what it used to be.
