After waiting for a long period of time for our food, the waiter said the cook burned the chicken. We requested to speak to the manager and she said a bunch of orders came in a once and the cooks fell behind. The place was 1/2 empty and there was never a surge of customers. Burned chicken or too many orders?  I got my food and was not hot. We were there for a birthday. Too bad it wasn't happy.

Always excellent food the service was a little slow because the waitress was focusing on a couple who were  gonna use a 200 dollar gift card for 2 people

I went for my daughter's birthday. I had a wait between the starter and main course. The bread is usually special and is complementary which was not provided. The actual check was provided just like any roadside shop without even a sleeve. There was an automated payment device even that was not provided to me. Food was good but the service was really frustrating.

This location is one of the nicer Olive gardens I've been too. The venue has a romantic Italian setting with dim lighting. The employees are friendly and amazing, the staff is highly attentive. and most importantly the food here is always excellent.  This venue is easily 5 stars in my book.
