It was my 1st time with my parents for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. The service was amazing the waitress was very sweet and on top of the refills from breadsticks to drinks and the food was really really gd. Definitely plan on going again

Used to dine here all the time before we felt like we were being watched while trying to eat. 2nd time doing take out and this will be my last time. No one knows anything about the menu, being told I can have sauteed shrimp one way then being told I had to wait for the to go person to order, figuring that they knew what I wanted then being charged an additional 4.50 for 18 tiny shrimp to be sauteed in their garlic sauce. I doubt very seriously that they will use a full 4ozs of galic sauce on 18 tiny shrimp. Pretty bad that it's all you can eat salad and bread sticks in house but for Togo the salad is barely enough for 1 person and 2 bread sticks for salad and Alfredo. Olive garden needs to get it together, either lower your prices for take out since you don't give out as much food or give some sort of discount. I can't believe it takes 4 people at the desk to take names and hand out buzzers. It's just toddler hour with them laughing and talking that you can't hear yourself to place an order. Like I said used to be a great place and now it's a dive with nickle and diming you to death when the Togo servings are half the size of in house. To finish I wrote the review while waiting for my order I go in and all I wanted to see was the shrimp I tasted the sauce and it was spicy no where did I ever stipulated I wanted a spicy sauce I even grab the menu and showed them exactly what I wanted I wanted the garlic and white wine sauce for my shrimp so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to remake it because they didn't understand what I wanted the first time around obviously will never be back never offered me anything for the inconvenience of their screw up

The servers were nice but for the most part we were ignored. My chicken got to us cold, but they were kind enough to handle it. But by the end of the meal I was fighting the urge to throw up and end up going home and puking. Don't go here!

I always have a fantastic experience at this location. The food is fantastic and the costumer service is always amazing. Tonight our server Maviela was fantastic. She tended to all of our needs, gave us great suggestions, and made sure me and my fiancé were happy. We will be coming back here in the future for sure! (:
