When me and my aunt came here for lunch on Saturday, I was hesitant about if I wanted to eat here as I had to be somewhere else in about an hour, and this was the first time ever coming here for me. The food came out fairly quickly, however, with really great service from our waitress, Andrea. This was honestly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Andrea made sure our meal was going well, and chatted with us for a bit about the food when she checked in on us. When she came around to ask if we wanted some dessert, she let us take it home because we were full from some really good food. All in all, this has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants, and I already want to come here again. Not only for the delicious food (particularly the chicken), but also for the wonderful service.

We had the best service tonight. Sam (the girl) was so sweet and friendly. I was watching her, and at every table she was so excited to see everyone. Thank you Sam for a nice night out!

Service is excellent! The entire staff was fantastic. I'd give 5 stars for the employees alone, but the food was meh. I was surprised at the bland flavor of a marinara sauce of a restaurant named the spaghetti factory. I was a tad let down at the blandness. Price of meals were not too pricey.

Family friendly atmosphere. Fast seating and even faster service. Our waitress, Sam, was second to none. We have three little ones and she treated them as royalty. Prices are reasonable considering that the restaurant is well furnished and in a prime location in east Vancouver. I would definitely recommend The Old Spaghetti Factory to family and friends alike.

Waiter (Aaron) was great! My chicken parm was excellent. My wife got the shrimp scampi fettuccine and didn't realize it was an alfredo sauce (did not state so on the menu). Decided to eat anyway and found the shrimp was not cooked (gonna be an interesting flight across country tomorrow). We told Aaron to tell the chef they might want to ensure the shrimp is cooked prior to serving to anymore. A few minutes later the manager came to our table and asked what the issue was with the shrimp . We explained that the shrimp was not cooked and he asked if my wife wanted anything else. She was disgusted and said no thinking at least this barely touched meal would be removed from the bill. Nope, was not taken off! Aaron was nice enough to remove one of the milkshakes and said he didn't agree with the decision the manager made and that was all he could do. My son's meal (clam fettuccine ) was so so at best and very cold. Thank you Aaron and we will never return!
