The biggest issue I have is it is difficult to find parking here. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would because of this; hard to enjoy a meal if you can't park to start with. But when parking is found I do enjoy this place. Unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks is a favorite option, I really like their house wine and a very good kids menu. My young niece watched cartoons on the table tablet which kept her occupied and we got to play a few games on it, all without a fee. Staff was efficient and nice, a manager walked by to ask how we were, bathrooms clean and stocked; great customer service when it was busy.

Any restaurant in Italy will find it hard to beat. I've tasted the best Pasta Mia, it melts in your mouth.  The staff were so welcoming and courteous, even on New Year's Eve when the restaurant was at full capacity! The food was brought out promptly and was simply divine! Would definitely recommend to anyone and can't wait to return!

Customer service coming in to the restaurant was great.

Food was amazing.

Salad and soup was great.

Customer service leaving the restaurant was terrible.

We asked for a bag for our to go food and some of these mint chocolates they give out... One of the girls on the register was super rude.

I asked for a bag, and she looked at us and rolled her eyes and bent down to grab a bag... then I asked for chocolate, which she had in her hand, she slammed the few chocolates she had in her hand in to a cup, and picked out 3 and we left.

That was beyond rude. I was not about to make a scene, but my friend was so I rushed my friends out of the restaurant and left.

This was a few weeks ago, for my friends birthday dinner.

The food is good, but not good enough to come back for to be treated like that.

I get it, if she was having a bad day she could have easily said 'give me a minute' , walked away and had someone else take over while she composed  herself.

Pretty great Italian food. It's a family restaurant and depending on what time you go it can get really packed. The service is great too everytime I go I never had a bad time

For a Friday the wait for a table was very minimal we waited like 5 minutes. I usually get the seafood Alfredo but wanted to try something different and ended up getting the never ending classics! Got full and we even had leftovers to take home 😀 The server was very attentive and the food was great!
