Could not have been better. I had the Santa Barbara Char Burger and onion rings. Everything was perfect. Service was friendly and fast. They even gave me tons of ranch for my onion rings. I like when places aren't skimpy with the condiments. I have been here many times. Their customer service is excellent. I will be back soon.

I loved the food the first time I ordered online so much that I set up an account. My order was wrong the two times after that. My order was very clear that I wanted a couple of things left off my burger. They put those items on but not the cheese. I double checked my receipt that showed I put in my order correctly. I don't have time to return to your restaurant on my lunch break. Neither does my staff; so we will no longer be your customers. This afternoon was the last time I'll eat here. I would have continued to treat them here for lunch; but I'm tired of paying for food I won't eat or starving until I can leave work. There is a obvious training opportunity here. I would have been a good customer. I really liked your food the one time you didn't put things in my burger that I requested you didn't and got my order right.

Really good burgers and chicken club sandwich at a really reasonable price. You can also get fries and battered fried green beans. Can get really busy during lunch.

I didn’t think it would be too much to ask for my sandwich to be cut in half but by the looks of the pouty cook, who is grown as hell, I guess it is. No customer should have to hear a coworker ask a cook “please please please” because he’s pouting. 

Thanks for the boo boo cut on the sandwich whittle baby!
